Percival Legal’s Principal, Andrew Percival, possesses extensive experience in the full range of corporate – commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions capital raising, corporate governance and project financing.

We advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raisings, as well as all agreements for the acquisition or supply of goods and services, distribution and agency agreements, marketing agreements and manufacturing and licensing agreements.

We also advise on project financing and related financing transactions including public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects and joint ventures, as well as advise on and assisting in preparing ancillary documents in corporate and project finance transactions such as confidentiality agreements, heads of agreement, deeds of assignment and novation and security documentation.  We also undertake necessary legal due diligence in such transactions.
